To Speak or not to Speak (1970)

Synopsis:

When the average man in the street is asked what he thinks of the political situation, there’s not much to be learned. Only a drop-out is willing to give a truly personal opinion.

“What I tried to do was finding an expressive way of emphasizing what the characters were saying, and even more how they were saying it”.
